Project Implementation ~ Phase II Initial Calibration Hand Tools
-Review Inventory and establish cycles for Gages to spread calibration over 12 months
-Conduct Calibration on all gages to "baseline" the tools (Gages due within 6 months will add a year to the cal cycle, over 6 months will be spread thru 7 - 12 months) Initial Calibration Attribute Gages (Plugs and Rings)
-Inactive gages are entered in the Database only
-Active Gages to all have initial calibration conducted over first 4 months of program
Project Implementation ~ Phase III Calibration Maintenance Monthly Visits
-Perform periodic calibrations
-Data entry in Gage Insite New Gage Ordering
-AMS will assign a gage id, sticker and sleeve before it arrives at your plant Calibration of Activated Gages
-We will pickup gages that have been or need to be activated for upcoming work, or track down gages put into use; to take for Cal
-We will inactivate gages that are no longer needed for active service
